Scenes shift rapidly, and there are a wide variety of paranormal creatures that are insufficiently explained. Add to that the multitude of characters—no less than 25 major players in one volume—and the result is chaotic. Ahn’s art does its best to keep up with lots of motion lines and dramatic angles. The characters are manga pretty, and Ahn does a good job of making them look their ages. This is a secondary purchase for teen collections, and be aware that some outfits skirt the edge of what might be acceptable in a middle-school setting. Grades 9-12. --Snow Wildsmith

Graphic Novel - AMAZING!

When I finally got this book I was so happy that I read it straight away and in one night!!! The graphic novel is different from the Dark-Hunters manga, because it is read forwards, not backwards. Which might make it easier for some people. The story line is almost exactly the same (I mean they did have to compact the whole book into picture, so of course some scenes are going to be taken out), but all in all it read pretty well and I can't wait for the next one to come out!

Manga version?

It was nice to see the characters drawn out in a manga, to get a look at what there supposed to look like. The manga followed to novel to a T. all in all it was a good read. worth checking out

Magna + great series = Awesome!

Great book, I love the CON series and a magna adaption of it is just awesome!! Combines one of my favorite book series with my love of magna, plus I find it very interesting to really see how the author sees the characters appearance, anyway If you love the CON series is give this a try! Can't wait for more volumes to be released!
